Oxford School - Krusevac Oxford School, škola stranih jezika, osnovana je 1998.

i od tada uspešno organizuje tečajeve engleskog, nemačkog, francuskog, italijanskog i španskog jezika za decu i odrasle.Osnivač škole je Mirjana Grandov Lacić, diplomirani filolog za engleski jezik i književnost. U saradnji sa timom predavača, mladih ali iskusnih filologa i pedagoga, entuzijasta koji svoje znanje i predavačko umeće neprestano usavršavaju pohadjanjem stručnih seminara i praćenjem i

novacija u nastavi, ona školu vodi uspešno već više od dve decenije.Tečajevi za decu organizovani su u malim grupama uz korišćenje najsavremenijih metoda rada po programima renomiranih stranih izdavačkih kuća (Pearson, Oxford i Cambridge University Press za engleski, Hueber i Klett za nemački, CLE International za francuski, Edizioni Guerra za italijanski, Edi Numen za španski jezik).Pored nastave, škola za decu organizuje i brojne vannastavne aktivnosti kojima ih podstiče na druženje i saradnju van časova, a tu spadaju: predstave na kraju školske godine koje već tradicionalno izvodimo na sceni kruševačkog pozorišta, zajedničke proslave Nove Godine, prolećni izleti, djačko-sportske igre, maskenbali, različite radionice, priredbe, svečana uručenja diploma i slično.Škola poseduje bogatu biblioteku koja polaznicima pruža mogućnost da svoje znanje jezika dalje usavršavaju čitanjem različitih časopisa i beletristike. Takodje, preko škole možete nabaviti sve knjige koje vam se dopadaju, kao i stručnu literaturu za učenje jezika - udžbenike, rečnike, gramatike, audio i video materijale, a možete biti i godišnji pretplatnik časopisa na nekom od pet jezika koji se uče u našoj školi.Škola organizuje i pripremne kurseve za polaganje ispita za medjunarodno priznate diplome Cambridge univerziteta: YLE (Young Learners English Exams), KET (Key English Test), PET (Preliminary English Test), FCE (First Certificate of English), CAE (Certificate of Advanced English) i CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English), kao i IELTS. Kao posebnu pogodnost, u saradnji sa svojim dugogodišnjim partnerom, Britanskim Savetom (British Council), škola svojim mladjim polaznicima, uzrasta od 8 do 12 godina, pruža mogućnost polaganja Cambridge ispita za najmladje (YLE - Young Learners English) u prostorijama škole, koji su dobar uvod i priprema za polaganje kasnijih ispita, velika su motivacija za dalje učenje, sprovode se po medjunarodnim standardima i pružaju uvid u realno jezičko znanje kandidata.Tečajevi za odrasle (standardni i specijalizovani) organizovani su u malim grupama, po programima renomiranih stranih izdavačkih kuća uz korišćenje najsavremenije kognitivno-komunikativne metode sa težištem na komunikativni stil (svi tečajevi su komunikacijski).

Proud to be an Access teacher! 🇺🇸🌍

Mirjana Grandov Lacić, the head teacher of Oxford School started teaching in the Access program in Kruševac within a team of amazing ladies, ELTA Serbia - English Language Teachers' Association members, Marija Trosic Ex Vuckovic Biljana Pavlovic and Tanja Pantović, English & soft skills instructors in Jan 2025.

Through the Access Program, bright teens aged 13–15 not only improve their English, but also grow as leaders and team players. 💬🤝

Supported by the U.S. government in 80 countries, in Serbia coordinated by , Access empowers students with skills that go far beyond the classroom.

English + critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, communication, self-advocacy. 💪

One of the lessons they enjoyed tremendously was when they explored the Olympic Games — from ancient Greece to the modern day — and learned that it's not about winning, but about giving your best.

As Pierre de Coubertin, founder of the modern Olympic Games, said: "The important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle; the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well."

We celebrated the certificate awards for our wonderful group of "English for Civil Servants" participants in Trstenik! 📜🎓🎉

✨It’s been a long journey...✨

Certificates awarded📜🎓🎉📜🎓 We celebrated not just the end of a course, but the growth of a truly inspiring group of individuals. Over the weeks of the English for Civil Servants course—supported by the U.S. Embassy in Serbia—we didn’t just learn English, we explored ideas that went far beyond language. From engaging in deep discussions, diving into diverse cultures, sharing experiences, ideas and opinions, this journey has been transformative. 🌍💬💡

We learned: the language, about the language and beyond language. We challenged ourselves, we laughed, we had fun, we grew together, and above all, we built a bond that will last long after the certificates are tucked away.

I am incredibly proud of each and every one of my students—for their hard work, courage, and the progress they’ve made. Watching your confidence bloom has been the greatest reward. ✨ One of the most engaging and fun activities we've done lately - inspired by the ELTA conference back in May!

As an ELTA grant awardee (thank you and ) I had the chance to attend amazing sessions and I am happy to share how I brought one of amazing Mojca Balek's story-telling activities into my classroom 📚💬

✨ With my 10- and 11-year-olds, we recollected the fairy tales they loved when they were younger and retold Little Red Riding Hood — in a creative new way!

One verb - one sentence - one student: in a chain we built the story together!Then came the writing — and their notebooks filled with imagination! 📚💬

✨ It was a beautiful mix of language, laughter, and storytelling joy.

✅ Nastavnica nemačkog jezika u , .ilicc , 14/06 održala je u Leskovcu još jednu uspešnu radionicu kao multiplikatorka info-sesije "Deutsch lernen, Deutschland kennenlernen" Goethe Instituta.

✅ Ove info-radionice organizovane su u okviru projekta "Predintegracija" koji sprovodi pod pokroviteljstvom EU, a u unutrašnjosti Srbije realizuju se kroz saradnju sa partnerskim školama. Više o ovoj saradnji možete pročitati na našem i na sajtu Goethe Instituta.

✅ U partnerstvu Goethe Instituta i Oxford School-a, tokom ove školske godine realizovane su info-radionice u Čačku, Jagodini, Leskovcu, Novom Pazaru, Užicu i naravno, Kruševcu, a jednodnevni treninzi prijave za posao u Leskovcu i Kruševcu.

✅ Projekat "Predintegracija" namenjen je licima koja planiraju život i rad u Nemačkoj i nudi besplatanu savetodavnu podršku kroz različite aktivnosti: info-radionica "Deutsch lernen, Deutschland kennenlernen", trening prijave za posao "Deutsch für den Beruf", online predavanja "Living and Working in Germany", brzi kurs konverzacije A1 i dr. (kompletna ponuda na sajtu Goethe Instituta).

✅ Oxford School je deo ove savetodavne mreže i u našoj školi możete dobiti odgovore na pitanja koja se tiču viznih režima, priznavanja kvalifikacija, mogućnosti zaposlenja, učenja nemačkog jezika i polaganja za Goethe sertifikate i sl. Takođe, Goethe Institut obogatio je našu biblioteku najnovijim Hueber izdanjima za pripremu ispita na svim nivoima A1- C2.
