📢INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA ACTUAL FASE DE DESESCALADA📢

✅Os recordamos que mañana lunes, toda la Comunidad Valenciana pasará la fase 1 de la desescalada. El único cambio que afecta a nuestro municipio, que ya estaba en fase 1, es que ahora además podemos desplazarnos por toda la provincia de Alicante para aquellas actividades permitidas.

⚠️Es muy importante que a pesar de estar en fase 1, sigamos manteniendo las normas de distanciamiento social e higiénicas para evitar posibles contagios.

Tenemos una gran noticia, Nacho ya está en casa.
Estamos un poco decepcionados porque nos enteramos por un tercero 5 días después de ser encontrado, ya que había gente todavía saliendo a buscarlo, pero estamos encantados de que este en casa.

We have great news, Nacho is back home.
We were a little disappointed that we found out from a third party 5 days after him being found, as we had people still going out looking for him but we are thrilled he is back home.

Tenemos mucha suerte aquí en el refugio, ya que tenemos otra cesta de Navidad que nos ha sido donada. Un gran agradecimiento a Jackie por donar la cesta. Los boletos están disponibles en el refugio y valen solamente 1 euro.

We are very lucky here at the kennels, as we have another Christmas Hamper that has been donated to us. A big thank you to Jackie for donating the hamper. Tickets are available at the kennels and are 1 Euro.

There will be drinks, nibbles and a raffle to raise funds for our local charities.

Well, its been a while since the actual Charity Bike Ride in aid of SAT animal rescue and all the money has now been collected and counted.

With all your help we have managed to raise a Grand Total of 3266.43€ !!!!

We would like to say a massive thank you to the all the riders Paul Harvey, David Blinston, Richard Cavendar (who alone raised a huge amount towards the total), Owen Desmond (thank you to all his customers at Shenanigans Irish Bar, who contributed a wonderful amount to the total) and Roy Selway who took the time to help raise funds and join us for the event. Thank you to Andrea Friedrich and Brian Warren for being our support vehicle on the day and keeping us fed and watered along the route. Thank you to Danny Wheatley at Speedystitch for the fantastic cycling tops they looked fab.

We also thank the many people who donated to this worthy cause. It was lovely for us to visit the kennels last month to hand over the cheque and have cuddles with some of the many dogs they are currently caring for. Seeing how much work and care that goes into looking after these animals just drums it home what a great job S.A.T´s are doing and helping them to raise funds for the new kennel build is just one way in which we could show our support.

Carol and myself are extremely grateful for all the well wishes and cheers of support from our many clients and friends; without your support we never would have been able to raise such a substantial amount. We thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and we are already looking at more ways in which we can help raise funds for this and other local charities. If anyone has any suggestions for us, let us know.

We made it 90.7km to Danny's Bar woo hoo . Well done guys
