Cute now at only 8 cm, but these little beauties can grow up to 70 cm, and they do so rapidly! Mbu puffers are highly sociable and love interacting with their owners, often called 'water puppies.' This little one is in quarantine, but after just a week, it already recognises me and perks up when it sees me, hoping I have food in hand! 😂

Jellyfish tanks, especially those featuring species like Chrysaora plocamia, are making waves in the fishkeeping hobby and growing in popularity. A Thousand Island Black Diamond Stingray (Potamotrygon leopoldi) showcased at the CIPS Championship, and it looks like a winner.

This stunning Black Diamond freshwater stingray represents a pure bred line, with bloodlines that can be traced directly back to wild stock from Brazil’s Xingu River.

The Thousand Island variation is characterized by the development of numerous fine secondary spots in addition to the primary spotting pattern. These smaller spots typically emerge with age, and over time more and more spots develop, creating the intricate pattern for which this variety is known.

The Peacock Snakehead, Channa Barca is one of the most sought after species among collectors. The species is native to India/Bangladesh and is critically endangered in the wild. In the aquarium it is best kept alone, that being said with this jewel in the aquarium what more would you need to look at.

African cichlids can look every bit as vibrant and exotic as many saltwater species. Their colour range spans electric blues, fiery oranges, deep reds, bright yellows, iridescent purples, and intricate patterns. In some cases, a well-stocked African cichlid tank can rival the intensity of a reef aquarium, but with hardier, more adaptable fish.

There’s no real reason for it—he just enjoys basking on his back and is sometimes too lazy to right himself even to eat. It’s odd behavior, but it seems to be a trait other African sideneck turtle owners have noticed.
