These beauties made their very first appearance at the Zug farmers market today — and honestly, they might be our most photogenic mushroom yet.

Freshly grown in Luzern and harvested just in time for market morning.

For this weeks episode of breakfast outside, we are making Chestnut Mushroom Quesadillas with an amazing view of mount Pilatus 🗻🍄‍🟫✨

Recipe is really simple:
Fresh chestnut mushrooms
1/2 onion diced
2 garlic cloves
1 small bell pepper
Grated cheese
Yellow corn tortillas
Pico de gallo as a simple topping

This weeks episode of breakfast outside is a little bit later in the day, and we decided to grill some amazing Blue Oyster Mushroom Skewers at the communal grill in the park.

The beautiful summer weather brought so many people out to the lake, and we enjoyed some amazing skewers fresh from the grill 🍄‍🟫🙌
