Providing cat care whilst you take a pause from Luzern 🐾 My Name is Suzie. I am a 35 year old female and mother to a siberian male cat called Pompuss.

I know how much he loves attention and understand how it can sometimes be a worry whether your beloved pet is OK whilst you are away. I was previously a healthcare professional in the UK and my husband and I moved to Switzerland for his job in the autumn of 2023. I have found a bit of purpose for myself here through cat sitting. I'd love to help more, so should you be local, need to take a 'pause

from Zug', and your own cat needs feeding or some company, I hope I can help. Please get in touch about your needs. You can contact me on Facebook messenger, or via my email [email protected]. Please note, I am unable to take other cats into our own home, but I am happy to stay for a number of hours at yours, to water house plants, or house sit if required and my personal availability allows. I had a repeat sitting with these 3 recently. I do enjoy having so much company at once and they all show affection and enjoy play in their individual ways ♥️ 🐾 🐾 🐾

Just before Christmas, I got to spend time with these three cuties 🐾 I love how every cat I sit has their own unique personality, and these three were no exception. Each one charmed me with their little quirks, and we shared cuddles and some great playtime.

Dear fellow paws & owners,

It’s been a month since settling into our new home in Luzern. Having lived in this canton briefly before, I quickly realised that Luzern has my heart — it’s somewhere my husband, our cat, and I would love to stay long term.

With that in mind, I’ve decided to transition Paws from Zug into Paws from Luzern. My hope is that this will help me feel more rooted in the local community and make it easier for pet owners in Luzern to find me for their pet-sitting needs.

Zug will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’ll remain open to helping pet parents in Zug, Zürich, or other cantons whenever possible — whether through travel or by combining a homestay with my pet-sitting.

Dear fellow Zug Paws,

It’s been a pleasure looking after some wonderful pets this past year 🐾 Thank you to all of those that have used me in this time ♥️

We are now moving to Luzern, and whilst I have considered whether to change my name and platform, for now I have decided to keep things the same until I know where we will be longer term (the joy of trying to find affordable, pet friendly, furnished accommodations!). I plan to continue Paws from Zug in Luzern for the next year, and be open to visiting new clients there - please do share if you know anyone in Luzern.

I will also remain open to opportunities in Zug, Zurich and wider areas, when possible. Though home + cat sittings may be preferable to avoid higher charges given the travel.
