We are VERY excited to be hosting our very first annual BROOME-TIOGA Counties awarded Canicross races!

These races are a great FAMILY FRIENDLY way to get into the outdoors and physically active!

Build a lasting bond with your dog and find community in fellow competitor teams!

But I don't have a sledding or running breed of dog? 😐

That's alright, Canicross is open to ALL BREEDS & MIXES!

I would love this sport but my dog isn't dog friendly... can we still go? 🥲

ABSOLUTELY, Canicross is a GREAT form of socialization of the outdoors! 🤩 Fearful and reactive dogs are welcome to join, just inform your feild master when signing up they will place you at a time where you can run a timed run with no other dogs on the course! We strive to be inclusive!

What makes Canicross different then other marathon races? 🤔

Canicross is more than just running with a dog; it's a dynamic sport that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and enjoying the outdoors together! 🐕🏃‍♀️💨

What if I can't run for MILES?!? 😵

That's OK too! Canicross is about building your TEAM, your team runs for YOUR personal best! It's about building your TEAM up over time! NO ONE starts on top! 🐕🚶‍♂️💨

But what if I can't AFFORD to buy expensive equipment...? 💵💸

That's OK!!
- Canicross is an inexpensive sport to practice with your dog - you will need running shoes, a harness, a waist belt, and a bungee rope. You can perform canicross with one or two dogs connected to your waist belt with a bungee rope that helps to add resistance and prevent strong dog pulls from unbalancing the runner. Our club community works together and will always lend a hand where needed as well! 🌐

Do I HAVE to be a BTCCC member to participate in races or use the training facilities?? 🤔

NO, You do not HAVE to be a memeber to attend & compete at BTCCC sanctioned or Awarded events! however there are many "club" perks & discounts ONLY available to current BTCCC members!

All TIMED races offer 1st, 2nd, 3rd rosette award placements!

Course classes & distances offered will be:
Open "Have-a-go" Beginner class - 0.6 mile trail Dash
Open Sprint - 1.2 mile sprint trail
Endurance Run class - 3.1 mile trail

All courses will be held in a off road Xcountry foot path style marked trails through rolling mountains of farm land, natural valleys, water ways & open meadows.

Pre-Entrie fees: Per running team per class registered.

BTCCC Members - $10.00
NON-Members - $15.00
Youth Teams - $5.00

Rustic Farm and Services LLC, on tracy creek road Vestal ny 13850.

Sign in at the farm stand/front Desk- Starting line will be clearly defined and located at the road way the trail head.

RF's Sparks Flyin is looking for a hunting or very active pet home! 1yr old female 15" Variety. Outgoing, active and started in a pack will make a nice addition.

Panther Creeks Roxie is available to a hunting or active pet home! She is AKC registered, is running trained and ready for this coming season, 15" Variety- tan pointed blue ticked.

We have a few naked neck chickens also called "turkens" for consideration! 10$ each! Feathered and off heat!

We have added 12 Oz Raspberries, Brussel sprouts, honey due & cantaloupe melons, sweet frying & Habaneros peppers, as well as more Kirby Cucumbers!

Tomorrow we will be adding a few different scent soaps to the table! Be sure to check out the stand on TRACY CREEK RD vestal just past Jones rd!

From scruffy & overly fluffy to cool & cute as can be!
Opie had a wonderful first professional grooming & clip experience! Our groomer Susan Fairbanks did a great job handling his puppy antics & gave him a cool summer cut! ☀️ 🐾

For consideration-

Older Alpine nanny (BLK Sable colored one) and 4yr old Alpine Boer cross for consideration both have good udder structure. Massive bodies, feet were just trimmed. Can be bred before leaving for additional cost to one of our registered boer bucks! The Alpine is halter broke and easy to handle the white one is more skiddish and not nearly as friendly. Only selling due to them being to much for the kids to handle (our kids are in 4-H)
