So a really good ending to our weekend in Orono at the Ontario Country Kennel club. Our girl Everest here had been taking Winners Bitch all weekend, however Sunday she succeeded in taking Best of Breed under Judge Ramune Kazlauskaite against some tough competition, and then further showed her dominance by securing a Hounds group 4th. Reminder to everyone that we will be hosting a BBQ at the CARA event this weekend in Codrington. Anyone interested in lure coursing and racing, or just want to come out and have a good time, feel free to drop by. Bring your Basenji and practice chasing the lure, spectate, or if you are one of our racing friends pre-entries close tonight at 8pm.
