Friendly Reminder:

To all my clients, please respect my time.

Life is busy for all of us I understand that, but no shows and cancelling the day of your appointment seems to be happening more and more often.

I only have so many days set aside each month to commit to running my business, as well as juggling school and making time for my daughters.

A no show, is a financial loss for me, and a delay in you having your dog groomed.

I am currently booked for the entire month of April and my appointments for May are even more limited as my school schedule has become more heavy.

Going forward I am heavily implementing a no show/less than 24 hours notice fee of $25 and a 50% non refundable grooming cost before rebooking with me.

Anyone over 15 minutes late for their appointment is an automatic cancellation as I book full days with dogs back to back.

Chloe and I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Thank you for all the wonderful gifts and most of all entrusting me with your fur babies, I love each and every one of them. Even the difficult ones 😂.

Thank you for letting me do what I love!

Minus a couple stragglers left to do after Christmas, I I’ll be taking a much needed break while I send off my equipment to be sharpened and serviced 🙂

🚨🚨REDUCED HOURS🚨🚨

Starting immediately my hours will be greatly reduced as I am returning back to school full time!

Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated as I start this new chapter of my life, and I look forward to continuing to work with all of my fur clients. I will try my best to accommodate you where I can and will have a better idea what kind of workload I am able to handle as the school year plays out.
