Derek brings extensive experience in dairy practice and a strong understanding of the day-to-day realities of dairy farming. In addition to his veterinary work, he has a Jersey dairy farm of his own, giving him valuable insight from both the veterinarian’s and producer’s perspectives.

Welcome to the Team, Dr. Heather Offinga!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Heather Offinga to the Oxford Bovine team!

Heather is a welcome addition to the team and has been a great addition so far this spring. She has a particular interest in lameness prevention and treatment, and enjoys working with producers to help them meet their goals on farm.

You’ll be seeing Heather out on farms over the coming weeks (if you haven’t met her already), so if she stops by your farm, be sure to say welcome!

Jesse has spent the past few years since graduation working exclusively with dairy cattle and has developed a real passion for helping producers improve udder health and milk quality. His practical approach, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting dairy farms make him a great fit for our team.

We’re excited to have Jesse on board and know our clients will enjoy getting to know him over the coming months.
