It is the worst year we have ever seen. Our crops are just getting into the ground now. Please support local businesses and make sure they are always there. thank you from all of us. ❤️

Financials are snap shots of moments in time. Here is a snap shot. It is a seriously sh*tty snap. And the numbers, they are a percentage of, last year, which were less than ideal. I encourage you to dig into net farm incomes across Canada and the stat’s. It is cause for a pause. I am not complaining, just statement of facts. Fact: polar vortex took 100% of the sweet cherry crop. 100%. That is what next months reports will show. Major losses. Josh doesn’t want to talk about how hard things are this year because it is too hard. It is unreal and totally out of our control. What can be done? I do not know. We don’t know. Keep going. We keep going. But please do know that every time you purchase a local product, every single time, you are helping. And every time you smile and are thankful and buy more raspberries because there are no plums or cherries this year, you are helping. Every time you acknowledge your farmers and encourage them, you are helping. Every time you purchase the unknown garlic scapes and learn a recipe, you are helping. You, dear customers and friends, you are how we will turn this around. The only way is together. Are we together on this? Grateful for you!
