To all my amazing clients, I just want to share a few important updates to help things run smoothly for both you and your pups.
Please wait until I contact you before coming to pick up your dog. When owners arrive early, dogs get excited thinking it’s time to go home, which makes it very difficult for me to finish safely and properly. It can take an extra 10–15 minutes just to calm them back down. I will always text or call as soon as your dog is ready.
Also, please avoid booking other appointments too close to your grooming time. Grooming is not an exact 2-hour service. Every dog is different, and some appointments can take longer depending on coat condition, behavior, size, and overall needs. I want to give each dog the time and care they deserve without feeling rushed.
Regarding pricing, I’m not able to give exact quotes without seeing your dog. Prices can vary based on several factors like coat condition, temperament, behavior, and the time required. My pricing reflects the work and time involved in properly grooming your dog.
A quick reminder about appointment times: if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled for another day. I normally do not charge for late arrivals, early drop-offs, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations, but repeated issues will not be accepted. Clients who continue to do this may be removed from my client list and asked to find another groomer.
Lastly, with summer coming up, I will be taking some time off here and there. My schedule will fill up quickly, so if you’re planning ahead, now is a great time to book your appointments.
