Lights, camera… training! 🎬
It’s not just about how cute your dog looks, it’s the training behind the scenes that lands roles. Our Animal Actors Class gives dogs the foundation they need to stay focused on a busy set, even with tough distractions all around.

We often only submit dogs for film and TV who have completed this class, since it prepares them for what’s truly required on set. Graduates also get exclusive access to our private casting group on Facebook and are added to our database for future opportunities.

Looking for a double for Nimbus for a one day appearance on a tv series.

In order to be a double the cat must be a extremely close match in looks (look almost exactly like the cat in the photo).

Key points that are required:

Very outgoing cat, comfortable with being held by child actors

Spayed

Long/Medium hair Lynx point ragdoll type with grey striped fluffy tail

Up to date on vaccinations or willing to get vaccinations

Available on set for 1 day sometime between the end of August and September. As well as some training sessions.

If kitty is a match she will get paid

Thinking about getting your pet into acting? It all starts with training. For dogs, the best place to begin is a solid basic manners class. We always keep an eye out for dogs that have taken several classes and can stay focused in busy, distracting environments. Our Animal Acting classes are also a great next step to build on those skills and get your dog comfortable performing on cue.

We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into your entries. The production team has carefully reviewed all submissions and has shortlisted a few dogs for the next steps—good luck to those pups!

Repeat casting call - Canada Wide

Opening up the casting call to any mixed breed dog 35-65lbs that likes to swim and jump off a dock into the water.

Dog must be available for filming between June-Oct in Winnipeg Manitoba. Ideally if the dog can stay in Winnipeg for the whole shoot.

Extra points if the dog has been on set before, has good obedience skills and/or is easy to double.

Opening up to coated dogs as well.

Notes from producer: a mid-size dog that looks like it would be useful on the farm but also cuddly with kids--it's a farm dog so mutt is ideal.
Brindle bully type dogs prefered.

This is Luna, and her RBF.

Chai, Luna and Neville are working hard out of town on a feature film. They just finished the busiest week of their lives!

They are representing Manitoba well, they are the heros of the movie and in almost every scene!

We are so excited for when we can share this project with everyone!
