Antler World Dog Products is going through a name change… our new location will officially be known as Barks N’ Purrs!

While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to our current name, this change truly reflects how much we’ve grown as a business. Those who have been with us since the beginning know this is actually our third name change (we started out as Prairie Antler Dog Chews ➝ Antler World Dog Products ➝ and now, Barks N’ Purrs). Here’s to hoping third time’s the charm!

Don’t worry—we’ll always carry antlers ❤️ but we also want our name to reflect everything we’ve become. Over the years, we’ve expanded far beyond antlers, offering a wide range of products, services, and love for both dogs and cats.

This feels like the perfect time to diversify, refresh, and embrace who we are as a growing pet store and grooming destination. Yes, we will have a groomer! We’re so excited to take this next step forward, and we couldn’t do it without our amazing community that’s supported us through every stage of our journey.

Here’s to new beginnings, wagging tails, and happy purrs!

We’re so excited to share some big news… We have found our small business a new home! Our new location will be at 6-925 Headmaster Row, just off Highway 59 and less than a 10-minute drive from our current location. This space is much bigger, which means we’ll have so much more to offer you and your pets!

Don’t worry though — our current location will remain open through Christmas so you’ll still be able to grab all your pet’s favorites before we move. After that, Headmaster Row will officially be our new forever home.

And this is only the beginning… we have even more exciting changes and news coming soon 👀 so keep an eye out for our next post! In the meantime, we’d love your input: what new products would you like to see us carry, and what food do your pets love most?

It’s been a while since we’ve shared Khaya, so for all our new followers — meet the face behind Antler World!

Khaya is 9 years old and a German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler mix who came from Manitoba All Shepherd Rescue . Though she was born in rescue, she wasn’t the easiest pup — full of sass, endless energy, and plenty of challenges. The only thing that could keep her busy for hours was chewing antlers… and from that, Antler World was born.

She’s our inspiration, our heartbeat, and the reason we do what we do. Without Khaya, there would be no Antler World.

Here’s to all the pups who change our lives for the better 🫶🏼

Hi guys! We’re doing everything we can to find the perfect new home for Antler World. Over the last little while, we’ve toured multiple potential spaces and looked at new leases in the area.

It hasn’t been easy — there’s so much more that goes into this process than you’d ever imagine (location, size, costs, layout… the list goes on). Being forced out of our current spot has definitely been tough, but we believe bigger and better things are on the horizon ✨

We want Antler World to live on, and we’re so grateful for every single message, lead, and word of encouragement you’ve shared with us 💛. Your support keeps us going through this transition.
