🎉 New fenced park being built! 😀

Doggie Park under Construction!

A place for your furry friends to frolick & for you to connect with your neighbours!

Construction has begun for the fenced in – off-leash dog behind the Whyte Ridge Community Centre (WRCC).

The park is located by the play structure off Cloverwood Road. There is a parking lot and lots of space to load and unload the furries! Work on the dog park is expected to be complete about mid-June and we will have a GRAND doggie park opening!

* The park will be fenced in and contain benches, signage, refuse containers and connecting pathways.
* yes, its not huge but good things come in small packages! It will be just over .5 acres in size, and offer a great place to meet and gather with our furry friends.

This has been quite a process to get in place and I want to extend HUGE thanks to Nupur, past
Communication Manager at WRCC for putting a lot of work into gathering support for the park.

Aiming now to creat a park in Bridgwater!

👀 Reminder that we occasionally see coyotes in our park. Keep your eyes open and try to avoid them. 👀 If you are uncomfortable with how close they are, keep your dog near you and get loud! 📢 Shouting and clapping should warn them off. 📢
