- Have been an animal lover since birth🦊🐯🐢🐙
- Am pet first aid certified⛑️
- Work at a vet hospital as an office assistant🏥
- Prefer to spend my time with dogs instead of people🐶🐾
- Would rather be outside(When it’s not winter of course, curses winterpeg!!)🌞🌲🍄

If you know me personally, you know I have worked the past 8 years in different retail positions, balancing that alongside my pet sitting. As fun as that was(lol), and as flexible as it made my schedule, it was only ever temporary. Retail is not where my heart was at and frankly, it was making me unhappy. I needed to find an alternative.

Flash forward multiple years of job hunting later, I miraculously managed to score a full time job in an environment I am much more happy in. As grateful as I am for this new opportunity, it brings a change to my pet sitting business, so here’s the deal:
My shifts are 9 hours long, my current clientele is used to me only being away from their pets for 4-6 hours. While this may not be an issue to all, I understand it’ll be an issue for some. I am not going to stop offering my services, I love this job way too much. That being said, it is totally okay if my new schedule/routine doesn’t work for you and your pet, this city has many wonderful pet sitters to offer💘🐾

Now let me reintroduce my business:
My services offer:
In-Home pet sitting:
- Basic pet care. (Feeding, watering, potty breaks, playtime, etc.)
- Daily walk(s).
- ALL my love.
- Snuggles, if required. 🥰
Drop-Ins:
- Cat check-ins.
- Dog check-ins.
- NO dog walking at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.
- Pre-House Sitting visits for anxious/nervous/reactive dogs(message for more info).

They will not provide:
- Snow clearing
- Lawn mowing
- House deep cleaning (I’ll clean up after myself and your pets, that is all😉)

As of 2026 there was a slight increase and change in my rates. If you already have a 2026 booking with me made prior to this post, this change will not apply to your final cost(old rates will still apply).

HOUSE SITTING:
- Rates starting at $50 cover overnight house sitting, feeding&watering, playtime, a daily walk, litter cleaning for cats and of course lots of love🥰
- Deposits will still be required for all stays longer than 4 nights. See 2025 policy update for details.
- I only take bookings 6 months in advance.
- Sorry, snow clearing is NOT included in your house sitting rates.

DROP-INS:
- Cat drop-ins include feeding, watering, litter cleaning, play-time, etc.
- Dog drop-ins include feeding, watering, potty breaks, indoor/outdoor play-time, etc.
- Simple drop-ins are typically 20-30 minutes.
- Longer drop-ins have been used for introductions with anxious dogs, so I will now be offering this as a service. If you are looking to book me for house sitting but have a pet that doesn’t warm up too quickly to strangers, we can arrange visits beforehand to give them a chance to get to get to know me before a long stay. This helps anxious dogs get used to me before a stay, and may cause less stress for them. I can spend anywhere from 1-4 hours with your dog, whatever you think would help best!

Here’s an August Recap, what a busy month!!
• spent two weeks with the sweetest duo (charlie & nori💖)
• revisited some kitty friends(milo pictured💙, hugo, marshall and lily not pictured)
- made some new kitty friends! (felix, starky and pantera🩵)
- even made friends with my first hamster🐹 (storm ⛈️)
- brought handsome boy malcolm to be the star in his pawrents wedding photos
- had DOUBLE the girls weekends, one with Ginger🧡, one with Seeka💜
- hung out with mr. stubborn bucky as always😎
- met Holder’s new little brother Quill🪶 , who snuggled me for a full 5 minutes🤣
- Slipped in some mud on a walk with Holder - Do we think he was phased? No he was not 🙄
- And last but not least, met my new friend Max!💙

And what a beautiful two years it has been. I have loved animals my whole life but turning that love into a small business has just expanded not only my love, but my passion and my knowledge. I have learnt so much about dogs, cats and pets in general over these years and I can’t wait to keep on learning.
I am so thankful for all of my wonderful customers and all their amazing pets for bringing peace, happiness and lots of laughter into my life, I couldn’t do it without any of you💗

NEW UPDATES TO TIANA THE PET SITTER!
Here is some info on how to go through a booking with me 💓 Feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions!
I am just one person and learning what I can handle the more I grow. That being said, I am sorry for no longer accepting jobs 1 year in advance. I understand a lot of my customers like to stay on top of things and prefer to book as soon as possible, but I don’t always know what I’ll be up to, and things can change in the blink of an eye so this is what is going to work better for my little business! I will make sure to keep you all updated on when my bookings open in the future. If you already have a booking booked with me, these changes do not apply to you!
I will also no longer be accepting customers for dog walking. This does not mean I won’t be walking your dogs when I stay with them LOL! This just means I will no longer be walking dogs on the side(apart from the regulars I currently have). I will be focusing on the current dogs in my care and the cat care I do.
That being said, if we have booked together before and I know your dog well, and you need a last minute pop in for me to let your dog out or take them on a short walk, don’t hesitate to reach out! I will still accept these quick visits should I be available 💓
