"Please post this: Warning to Charleswood Dog Park pet owners. My dog got pappiloma virus on her lip, most likely from the communal water bowls. I know that it is hot out and I appreciate the good hearts of the people that bring the water, but I am not sure that it is the best option. This is a highly contagious virus. My dog has the virus on her lip. Now she has to avoid other dogs for 1-2 months. Please check your dogs and consider bringing your own source of water. Please keep your eye out for this pup. She went missing at the vet but is a charleswood pup and may try to make her way home.

Buffy (also known as Buff), a dog scheduled to be seen, got loose after arriving in the parking lot. She was not wearing a collar or leash and is very nervous.
 
She was last seen running across the Perimeter. Sadly, there have been no confirmed sightings since.
 
This is a heartbreaking situation for her family, and we know how distressing this is for everyone involved. Please keep an eye out, and if anyone hears or sees anything please contact the number on the post.
