Time to clean out your freezer! Our wild furry friends always need our help too!! Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre takes amazing care of these animals in need! You can drop off the frozen or freezer-burnt meat donations at Alpine and we will bring it to the rehab centre for you!

🆘Wanted: frozen or freezer-burnt wild meat (deer, elk, goose, fish, etc) and chicken .🆘

Our foxes are growing fast and emptying our freezers. Please call the office at 204-510-1855 for drop off locations.

Thanks to everyone who made it out Saturday for our Annual Spring Fundraising BBQ!!!

Winnipeg Boxer Rescue got a total of $1550 from the day! Largely because of all the amazing goodies that so many donated for their bake sale!!

As for our Door Prize, we would like to announce the winner: Maxine H!!! (Winner has been notified ❤️)

Congratulations!!!

Again thank you to everyone, even Tiny Treasures Mobile Farm for bringing the most adorable little animals! 🦙🐐🪿

MAY 24, 2025, MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Alpine Animal Hospital will be holding their annual Fundraising BBQ from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (held in the front parking lot of the clinic).

There will be hot dog and smokies available for purchase.

Winnipeg Boxer Rescue will be attending as always, with an amazing bake sale!

Every purchase at the BBQ (not the bake sale) will be eligible for an entry into the Raffle Prize that will be shown at the BBQ.

Boehringer Ingelheim will be helping sponsor the BBQ with Alpine Animal Hospital.

All proceeds from the BBQ and bake sale will be presented to the rescue to help with medical bills, food, and care for their pets before they find their FUR-EVER homes.

No matter the weather (RAIN OR SHINE) we will be there!

(Any one who knows how last year was, we still had an amazing turn out!)
