We were heartbroken to say goodbye to our precious little Lily last month. We miss her terribly already, but we’re so grateful to have had the chance to get to know and love her these past few months. Lily was the sweetest little soul, always arriving with a big smile and a kiss for her human friends.
She wasn’t always the most active pup, but when she did play or run, she made every moment count, and we loved watching her joy shine through. Lily absolutely adored the play structures and the picnic table, hopping up and down like a total pro. We think she loved her bird’s-eye view of all the action- a true Picnic Table Princess!
In the playroom, she could almost always be found curled up with her brother Sammy, tucked into the comfiest bed or their favorite chair. She was particular about her nap companions, but she always left a little space for her brother and her besties. Seeing them all snuggled up together never failed to earn an “awwww” from the staff.
Our time with this sweet little lady was far too short, but we cherished every cuddle, every sassy little grumble, and every single one of her gentle smiles. We hope she’s watching over us now from her favourite perch; tail wagging, heart happy, and free to play to her heart’s content.
We miss you every day, pretty girl. 💜
