CHICO is HOME 🏑

Today I had a little visit with Maria (Chico’s mom) πŸ’. Look how beautiful his tiny urn is?!? She also sent me home with this adorable hand towel her 83 year old mother made (I already have another one that I love too). I love it AND I love my clients too πŸ₯°

Besides getting to live vicariously through my clients when they travel, I also get spoiled with meaningful gifts like these straight from Japan!

β€œCherry Blossom in Japanese is Sakura and it's a huge deal there. I thought the little purse thing was cute. The origami is a Sakura blossom and reminds us to stop and take time for fleeting beauty as they only last a week. The dog is a Shiba Inu. Sakura reminds us it is a good Luck Charm from Inuyama Castle which translates to Dog Mountain Castle. Inu is dog. We didn't have much room to bring stuff back but, I tried to be thoughtful with what I could fit.”
