Horsemanship with Obstacles

This first retreat of 2026 is for everyone! From green horses & green riders to your everyday horse that you want to gain more confidence and connection with to a competition horse that needs a change of pace!
This retreat can be done in hand, under saddle, or both!
Your horse encounters many Obstacles everyday, things like a hose across the alley, a pitchfork hanging on the wall, a wheelbarrow parked in a dark corner, or a tree fallen down in their pen... a shift in your perspective can help you see things from your horses point of view.
We have found that working with horses through, over, and around our man made obstacles in a controlled environment has so many benefits!

FAQ about Let's Get Ranchy Retreat

Q: What skill level is required for my horse and myself?
A: All skill levels welcome! As long as you can safely walk, trot, lope, whoa and turn, you and your horse are good to go!
Also we believe it's the perfect environment for green horses that need some exposure!

Q: What do you mean when you say Retreat?
A: Not only do you receive full days of instruction, we are providing meals as well! So all you need to do is take care of your horse, ride, and learn!

Q: Are there accommodations available for rent?
A: Cabins and other accommodations are in the works! We are still in the building stages of our facilities with many more cool things to come in the future!
