⚡️🦀 Ever wondered why your hermit crabs have “hair” on their legs? It’s called setae and they are actually super useful in many ways. They help hermit crabs survive in the wild by acting as tiny hair like bristles that aid in searching for food and detecting things surrounding them.

If your crabs have this, that’s just another sign of healthy hermit crabs!

Big news from Northern Crabitat! 🇨🇦🦀🇺🇸

After a lot of learning, troubleshooting, and more than a few “why is this not working?!” moments… I’ve officially expanded shipping from Canada into the United States❣️

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience, encouragement, and support while I figured this all out. ❤️
