Hey!! It's us Malts for Mutts!!
We have made a few limited batches of our treats to help raise money for our favourite doggo Gizmo. She needs extensive surgery to remove all her teeth and being a small ewok doesn't make that an easy task. If you've missed our treats and want to help us support Gizmo, our treats are available and all proceeds are going straight to supporting Gizmo. While you are there, try some of their amazing beers on tap or take some beer home with you. Their brewery is also dog friendly so bring your dog with you too!

You can all buy your favourite spent grain dog treats in store again starting tomorrow at Markets by Dream Day !! ❤🐶❤

It is with a huge smile on my face that I get to finally say. . . We will be opening our doors!

Next week all 3 locations will be opening their doors for in store shopping. As always Markets by Dream Day will be taking great care to make sure we are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe.

Once we get more details from the government, we will make a full announcement of what our restrictions will be.

We hope that everyone enjoyed the Holidays and feel refreshed and optimistic in the new year. Since Covid is still very present and Ontario is currently in lockdown, we wanted to update you on how you can pick up our dog treats for those special doggos in your life.

We are so excited to be a part of the new Markets by Dream Day store in pickering! Come get some christmas shopping done or just come to indulge in the marvels and support local!! The store opens November 1st ❤🐶🐾

As I sit here this morning in the eating my breakfast sandwich, I’m reflecting on everything that’s happened over the last few years.

I literally start crying. Theses aren’t tears of sadness, but extreme happiness. All the struggles I had when growing up, people always telling me I would be nothing, I would accomplish nothing. All the times someone tried to bring me down when I was on my highest moment. . . I fought through them all.

I finally feel like I have made it, that I have something I’m extremely excited and happy about.

Maybe it’s because the mall scouted us out, that they could see something in the way we do things that they didn’t see in others. . . That they literally knew everything about me personally too and still wanted me.

That’s when it hit me, I’ve made it.

All the times I fell down and thought I couldn’t make it but got back up anyways, they have all lead to this moment.

Now don’t get me wrong I love the Brooklin and Bowmanville stores too, but they were a huge learning curve for us and allowed us to get here.

Over the last few days we have had a lot of new makers who have never been in a store stop by. Seeing their excitement and fear all wrapped into one, that pure energy you had when you first started your business. . . It’s been fuelling me more everyday and reminding me why I started doing all this, why I fought so long to get here.

It’s mainly because of you! All the first time makers who have no clue, all the veteran makers who are so confident, all the amazing customers who support us and anyone else in between.

When I say we wouldn’t be here without all of you and that I truly appreciate you, I really mean it. Your the reason for my being and the fuel to my fire. . . So thank you!

Our Love Local Box collection will be going live Monday at 9pm.
Looking for a way to support your local community form the comfort of your home? Well now you can, plus you get to have delivered to your house a box full of high quality artisan goods!
We will have boxes priced at $30, $50, $75 and $100. Once purchased your Love Local Box will be hand created with one-of-a-kind items from our local artisans.
Example: you select a $50 Box, we will fill it with just over $50 worth of artisan goods we are carrying in store right now. . . Some artisans even dropped off special items just for the boxes!
Did I also mention we are doing free delivery to all of Durham region till the end of April.
