Happy Gotcha day Lulu!!🥳🥳

4 years ago today our lives changed. We drove to pick up a very timid, terrified, scared of her own shadow, sweet pup who made her way to Canada from Texas. It was a new beginning for all of us. 4 years later this very same, now confident, hilarious, (sometimes very) clingy, always testing the waters with the rules and still cries in her sleep, is thriving and continues to show us why she was chosen for us. She takes her job as CEO of Lulu’s Petwear very seriously and is occasionally found sleeping on the job. Can’t imagine life without her.

Lulu is spending her day today sleeping in her favourite spot (which she helped herself up to and since I didn’t catch her in the act of jumping on the couch I couldn’t correct the behaviour so I’m going to let it slide this one time) I guess having a dog who is getting more confident each day means I have to deal with another teenage rebel (sigh)
