We will ship our saddles Free of Charge for you to try on your horse. Saddles must be paid for in full at time of shipping. The customer is allowed 7 days to try the saddle on their horse. If the saddle does not not fit it can be returned under the following Conditions. Customer must contact us via email or telephone that they wish to return the saddle. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. The saddle must be returned in exactly the same condition that it left our store. If the saddle is dirty, damaged or marked in any way we will not refund the purchase.
