SEEKING FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments by answering phones, booking appointments, checking-in and checking-out patients, creating invoices, processing payments, answering inquiries, ordering supplies, some cleaning tasks and providing administrative support to our veterinary staff. Preference will be given to applicants with reception experience and previous animal experience or background medical knowledge. We offer a competitive wage, employee discounts and health benefits.
