This Remembrance day we have chose to recognize Jet! Jet was born in Liverpool in July 1942 to one Mrs.Babcock who had owned a kennel with many black German Shepard's but she knew that Jet was special. At 9 months old Jet started training in anti-sabotage work. Following the next 18 months he trained in search and rescue with Corporal Wardle. Jets main job was to alert soldiers of people trapped under bombed buildings and during the time Jet served he saved the lives of over 50 people. During one rescue Jet stood over a pile of ruble, barked relentlessly and refused to leave. There was a young woman trapped in a spot that no one could reach expect for Jet, he saved her life and thanks to him she survived. Jet was awarded the dickin medal in 1945 and the RSPCA'S medallion of Valor in 1947 for his work and efforts during the way. Jet continued to work search and rescue until he passed away. There is a memorial to jet in the English flower garden of Calderstones in Liverpool. Thank you for your Service Jet. Your memory lives on.🐕🐕

🎃Sorry folks we will NOT be having our pumpkin drop off this year.
🎃Please be respectful and ask permission before feeding any livestock, better yet let the farmer distribute the goods to his animals.
🎃Remove all candles, toothpicks and other foreign materials from pumpkins before discarding.
🎃Painted pumpkins are not to be fed to animals
🎃Have a happy and safe Halloween🥰
