Dot is a 2-year-old grey girl with a big personality and an even bigger love for treats 🩶

She’s good with cats, loves attention, and will absolutely become your best friend if cheek scratches are involved. Dot can be a little sassy at times, but that just makes her even more lovable.

Her dream home? Somewhere cozy with snacks, love, and people who appreciate a queen with opinions 👑

Meet Zoey: professional cuddle bug

This sweet girl is all about soft moments, cozy nights, and staying close to her people. Zoey has such a gentle personality and the kind of love that feels comforting and calm.

She may take a minute to warm up, but once she does, she’s the type of dog that follows you everywhere just to be near you.

Zoey is waiting at the Port Colborne Animal Shelter for someone to finally give her the forever home she deserves.

Since arriving in our care in March, these eight severely neglected Persian cats have made incredible progress!

They’re eating well, gaining weight, settling into foster and shelter care, and becoming more comfortable every day.

Frankie, the sweet girl resting on the pink bed, is currently in palliative foster care after being diagnosed with an abdominal tumour. Despite everything she has endured, she is happy, comfortable, and surrounded by love.

Two of the cats, now named Dexter and Elizabeth Taylor are thriving in foster care, while another continues to recover and settle in with support and veterinary treatment.

The remaining four cats are still receiving care at our Niagara Falls shelter and all will require extensive dental procedures in the coming weeks.

Because of your incredible support of $25,000, all eight cats continue to receive the care, comfort, and second chances they deserve.

Healing takes time, but they are finally safe.
