Update on our sweet Elsie girl!♥️

She did FANTASTIC for her spay and everyone at our veterinary clinic absolutely adored her. She slept most of the day yesterday, but is full of energy and rearing to go today! Not just yet Elsie darling, first healing, then play.

**Elsie is on strict kennel rest with short, monitored walks and potty breaks only as pre her vet’s instructions. No, we do not use crates/kennels as a method of boarding, but do have our own kennels for circumstances like these that require our own personal dogs to be kept somewhat contained**

Please send Elsie all the good vibes as she goes in tomorrow morning for her spay! We have no doubt she’ll do great, but...

Alright, time to make the news.. The Weenie’s Pack has EXPANDED!!

That’s right, earlier this month we welcomed this gorgeous male Brittany Spaniel puppy into our crew. Trust us when we say, he’s the last one and we’re good with three!

Elsie wasn’t too pleased at first, but within a day, she fell in love with the little guy. Billiee, with his endless bouts of energy is the perfect match for our new pack mate. They are a match made in heaven!

So please, for the final time, welcome Archie to the Weenie’s Pack♥️

With all the snow, bad weather and scary roads recently, we wanted to put out a post to help ease the stress of our families when their pups are staying with us. We have had several guests have to stay longer than their intended stay due to the weather being too dangerous to travel in.

If the weather makes for dangerous travel and you can’t make your booked pick up date, do not fret!! We will accommodate your pup/s for a longer stay if necessary. Even if we’re booked full, we will work it out to ensure your pup/s is/are okay and you’re not stressing about being unable to pick them up on the previously booked pick up date.

We never want our families to stress about their pups when the weather is bad, so we hope with this post, we can ease stress should an extension be necessary♥️

Well that makes two members of the household that are enjoying the snow!

Billiee and Elsie here to remind everyone to stay warm, and if you’re driving, to go slow and take your time. It’s better to arrive late than not at all.

And also, a gentle reminder to be kind to our truck drivers who are out powling the roads for us. They work all hours of the day and night, away from their homes and families to salt and plow the roads. Let’s remember to be kind to them on this chilly, snowy day♥️

This absolutely handsome little man is Harley! He’s been with us for a few weeks now and is such a delight. It’s rare we get breeds like him here at Weenie’s, so we always appreciate them just a little bit extra when we are given the opportunity to house them. Isn’t he a charmer?

Harley is a runner and if let off lead, will run and not allow easy capture. At the advice of his parent, and to ensure his safety, he only goes outside on a lead. But don’t fret, Harley’s provided lead is very long and we also have a fifty foot long lead we use to ensure he has ample opportunity to run and play. We do our very best to accommodate our guests here at Weenie’s!
