Renewal season is a good time to read the fine print.

Some boat insurance policies include a Special Theft Deductible, which could affect your coverage if your boat doesn’t have a qualifying GPS tracking device onboard.

Insurers may even require a qualifying GPS tracker before they'll cover theft at all (!)

On this day in 1910, Canada’s first naval warship entered Canadian waters.

HMCS Niobe arrived in Halifax on October 21 — marking a landmark moment in the beginnings of Canada’s Naval Service.

Just weeks later, HMCS Rainbow arrived in Esquimalt, establishing a naval presence on Canada’s West Coast.

BRNKL’s team includes former members of the Canadian Navy, who bring firsthand experience of life at sea into the technology we build today. Happy Niobe Day!
