Well, 14 years of Mr man, old man, Smackster, Dexter boy in our lives. He sadly passed away peacefully yesterday at 4:44. Those that knew him loved him. He was so special and was the bestest boy. So grateful for the 14 years we had with him and yet completely shattered at the same time.

Thank you for everyone who shared our love with him over the years.

I’m laughing hard haha 😂 I woke up to this message from a client I had for 8 years. Enjoy this!!

So no one has any time available for pups grooming. Bob got us a booking for March. But she looks like she stuck her nose in an electric socket soooo...
I took on the role of grooming Sadie, no worries of how bad she looks, coz she will get a real groom soon.
Which brings me back to ...
you didn’t charge enough!

Ok so first off I am using a mans body grooming thingy coz not paying 100 for a proper pup grooming set.

Holy s**t balls! How much fu***ng fur can a dog have????
1- First night......the back. 3 x 6 minute sessions. Three x sweeping floor, 6x treats. One x laundry. 2 x recharging groom thingy.

2- neck and chest... like really? She’s a frickin springer.
5 x 3 minute sessions with squirming dog. Bribery of about 10 treats. 5 x sweeping floor. I x laundry.

3- One... I repeat, one scrawny fu***ng leg of a devil dog having multiple pup syndrome. It’s one little fu***ng leg. I seriously believe performing open heart surgery could be easier.
It’s not like she is snapping, she just won’t sit still and no amount of glasses of wine help her behaviour.
I have fur every where because as soon as she is released from my death grip she races around the room spreading her fur like she is fu***ng seeding a garden.
Like seriously........
I would not do this for anything less than 300.00.

We have 3 legs and the belly left.
Cost so far...
Man shave thing.. $40.00
Electric... $ dunno
Wine x 3 $45
Sanity... lost.

Today wraps up 10 years of professional grooming. It’s been amazing, I’ve met so many friends, been able to stay home and raise my babies, be able to learn how to run a successful business and master a skill.

Thank you everyone for all your kind words and support over the years, you’re the part I’m going to miss the most. I am going to keep this page up as I hope people will still send me pictures and keep me updated with their fur babies 🥰

I love you all and thank you for a memorable 10 years!

Too funny to not share lol

Before you buy your first puppy, take this test to find out if you can cope with living and looking after your puppy:
Best taken in the autumn or mid winter.

1. Buy a lead and tie it to a big stone, walk around dragging the stone behind you.
2. Get up at 5am, go out in the pouring rain and walk up and down a muddy path, repeating good girl/boy, wee wees...poo poos, quickly please
3. Stuff your pockets with plastic bags and pick up all the poo you can find, obviously not your dogs as you have not bought it yet 😊
4. Start wearing your shoes indoors, especially during muddy times
5. Collect leaves off the ground and spread them on the floor
6. Carry sticks and branches indoors and chop them up on your carpet
7. Pour cold applejuice on the rug and floor....walk barefooted over it in the dark
8. Drop some chocolate pudding on your carpet in the morning and then try to clean it in the evening
9. Wear socks to which you have made holes using a blender
10. Jump out of your favourite chair just before the movie ends and run to open the back door
11. Cover all your best clothes with dog hair, dark clothes with blond hairs and light clothes with dark hairs
12. Tip all just ironed clothes on the floor
13. Make little pin holes in all your funiture, especially chair and table legs
14. When doing dishes, splash water all over the place and don't wipe it.
15. Spread toilet paper all over the house when you leave the house and tidy up when you get back home
16. Forget any impulse holidays and/or breaks
17. Always go home straight after work or school
18. Go walkies no matter what the weather, and inspect every dirty paper, chewing gum and dead fly you might find
19. Stand at your back door at five in the morning shouting " bring Mr Bumble and Mr Lion in, its raining
20. Wake up at 3am. Place a correct size bag of flour on top of yourself and try to sleep, whilst wiping your face with a dishcloth, which you have left next to your bed in a bowl last week.
Repeat everyday over 6 months and if you still think getting a puppy sounds like a good idea, Congratulations, you might be ready to get your puppy. 😆😆😆😆
