Just a friendly reminder: as always, we have a 48 hour cancelation policy. Anything less than that and we charge IN FULL for the missed appointment. We are booking 4+ weeks in advance now, even with adding extra days. Canceling less than 48 hours in advance does not give us adequate time to fill the space. Rescheduling is not a problem we just need fair notice, just like many other businesses. Also if you do need to reschedule, it will most likely be another 4+ weeks for a NEW appointment. Weekends especially are very busy and we are booked for weekends through mid june now. Missing an appointment means loss of income for us as well as a missed spot for someone else who wanted to come. We are a small salon with just James and I working and relying on each appointment. I cannot stress enough how important it is to #1 remember your appointments. #2 book atleast 1 if not more appointments in advance. . And #3 PLEASE be on time (5 mins early is on time) We are doing our best to fit everyone in in a timely manner while maintaining quality work and allowing enough time per client.
