- Private entrance, garden patio
- Own in suite laundry
- Shared electrical, open concept, 8.5’ ceilings

- Previous tenant moved into upper suite (single person).

After 4+yrs one of our suites is up for rent:

$2250/month - 2Bed 1Bath Above Ground floor suite 1500sqft. Private entrance. Own in suite laundry, shared electrical (can show years of amounts paid - for knowledge), open concept, 8.5’ ceilings, Very Bright, fireplace, waterfront, East Sooke. Coming up April/May. Current tenant moving into upper suite (single person). Pet friendly, horse board available on our equestrian acreage. Garden Patio. Willing to look at rent reduction for single individual occupancy.

Look closely… Tracy is using a JUMPING SADDLE on Aires!! Not the usual dressage!! Maeve, Chase and Marissa have inspired her to try and do some eventing, which entails going back to jumping.. Ehren, this will help her brain eh?!? Jumped up to 2’ today over the cavaletti’s and not a step, hoof or heals-down wrong!

Lesley - you may get your wish of another family eventing together sooner than you (or anyone in this family) thought!

Great outing to MREC for the three day eventing! Amazing kids doing this for the first time and awesome coaches. Chase and Bo brought home 4th place, while Lexie rocked a higher division and Paris had Atti well outside his comfort zone and did so well.
