At about 10ish am, a client called wanting to bring her cats in for nails. Of course y'all know I rarely answer phones because we are often focused on your pets. So she left a voice mail.
So by days end I try my best to return calls, but as a mother, sometimes things get in the way. Today I had the audacity to not return calls until 5pm, I was told that I was lazy and terrible customer service to be calling back near close. She said patronizing me "oh ok, like in 6 hours of work you couldn't have called me back on your lunch break" (what is a lunch break? 😃and more like 9/10hrs)
Ha haha, well as I sit in the back of my tail gate, returning calls while I wait for Lilly in her dance rehearsal, I have to say I feel like a freaking super hero. Prior to leaving work i had helped Lilly with some homeschool work. Then rushed her off to dance. Now I return calls!
I'm not the only super hero. All the girls at Wet Spot work their tushies off! They have been saviours during the worst times when we just need reliability!
Can I get a hell ya?!?!
