Did you know that just 20 minutes of sniffing is the same as 1 hour of walking in terms of mental stimulation to dogs?

This makes sniffing a calming activity as it allows dogs to get excess energy out. This can be very beneficial to anxious dogs. 🧘‍♀️

Owning a senior cat I am always wondering how I can make him more comfortable as he ages. Here is what I do 👇

I love giving him Trueleaf Senior Support Cats Treats because they have:

Here’s how you can help calm their nerves:
Create safe spaces for them. Preferably places that are quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the house.�

Provide engaging toys and interactive playtime. Keeping your cat mentally stimulated through play can help reduce their anxiety and make them feel more at ease.�
