She snapped out of her harness today on our usual stroll. I'm very worried for her and am looking for her I'm praying someone has found her I have contacted ROAM for help. Her name is Felicia.

She is a Grey Blue Russian, Petite in Size, Approx 7 pounds and she has brown / green eyes.
