I can't hold back anymore. I need to tell you.

We've done it. We have engineered a stronger immune system for vertebrate mammals - almost certainly including the "human mammal".

We now have the technology to give a vertebrate mammal a better immune system.

We can also call it a "fundamentally enhanced immune system".

We are now in discussions with the FDA for both animal and human applications, and are getting close to human trials.

We have shown the treatment benefits mice with allergies.

We have also shown it benefits dogs with allergies.

This therapy gives a long-term upgrade to a mammal’s immune system.

We've given the treatment to dogs that have skin contact allergy, and it substantially lowered their reactivity to the allergens. We are now developing a veterinary clinic collaboration trial for dogs here in Vancouver.

The above paper contains experimental results for:

- inflammatory colitis
- inflammatory breast cancer
- inflammatory egg allergy

The therapy is broadly applicable to allergic/inflammatory diseases.

We are leading with the development of applications to ALLERGY.

This is because we believe that the treatment of ALLERGY will be the fastest path to a very substantial market that has limited competition.

The technology, treatment and platform product were invented by Dr. Geoffrey W. Hoffmann and Dr. Reginald M. Gorczynski.

It was originally designed to prevent age-related, degenerative inflammatory diseases.

We have seen however, over the last 2 years that as a therapeutic "treatment" (not just a preventive) it also works to treat allergies, which involve a chronically "over-reactive" immune response.

It actually gets to the root cause of the problem.

It "calms down" an over-reactive immune system.

Based on the theory behind it, and on the data we've seen so far, we think it should be generally applicable to allergic diseases / hyper-sensitivities (that is, this will probably work to treat a wide range of both food, contact, and environmental allergies, including dust, grass and pollen allergies).

We are leading with the development of a platform allergy therapeutic, for our human clinical trials, because we believe that is the safest, fastest, and most cost-effective path forward.

Long-term, we see it as a general preventive treatment for a range of inflammatory diseases that should be integrated into public healthcare systems.

It has the very real potential to save our economies billions, by preventing a myriad of age-related inflammatory, degenerative diseases.

SO WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

1) DOGS WITH SEVERE ALLERGIES:

We will very soon be looking for participants in our upcoming dog allergy studies with a reputable allergy clinic here in Vancouver.

We will soon be initiating this veterinary study here in Vancouver.

Update:

“The Possibility of Enhanced Strength Immune Systems”

Dear Friends,

Scientists at Network Immunology Inc. have successfully combined three immune systems to form an enhanced strength immune system.

We have given this treatment to mice, and then challenged them with transplantable breast cancer tumours. They were protected. The cancers did not spread to the lungs to the extent that they normally do. Additionally, the tumours' sizes decreased significantly. We are confident that this therapy will also protect mice (and humans) from other forms of cancer.

We also tested mice against inflammatory bowel disease (an autoimmune disease) and it protected them against that disease too. Too good to be true, right? Not even. It’s actually legit.

We have a scientific paper with data for cancer and autoimmunity available for those who would like to see it. Just message me.

Protection from cancer with a treatment like this, has never before been achieved.

Let alone for both cancer AND autoimmunity.

In other words, this is absolutely massive.

The treatment for humans would involve two shots - similar to receiving a flu shot and a booster.

I want this therapy to be developed for my own use. I want to live to 150 years. At least.

And for my friends. For you.

And, possibly for my kids, if I ever have them :p Those poor kids.

Here’s an update on what we've been working on at Network Immunology!

THE PROBLEM:

It’s a hard fact to confront.

Approximately 39% of Canadians will deal some form of cancer during their lifetimes.

Unless we do something about it.

A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM:

My health and medical technology company, Network Immunology, is expanding into PREVENTIVE cancer therapy. This is to say, we are developing an entirely new class of immuno-therapy, in order to prevent your body from developing cancer, and to live a longer, healthier, happier life. We have already been applying this therapy in the prevention of inflammation/autoimmunity, and it works. Very well. And we haven’t seen any side effects. We are now developing that inflammatory/autoimmune application.

For Cancer:

My father, Geoff Hoffmann who's now 71, worked with Niels K. Jerne, who won a Nobel Prize back in 1984 for proposing that the immune system was a network. Niels Jerne died, and, together with some unfortunate "misunderstandings" that arose, the network paradigm of immunology lost traction during the late 1980s and 1990s.

At his laboratory at UBC, my father further developed Jerne’s immune network ideas, into a more comprehensive "network theory" of the immune system. He continued to "map out" the immune system as a network, with much theoretical work and experimental testing. He found that, just in the way the brain is a network of cells with memory, that is, a 'neural network', that possesses the ability to learn from experience as a network, the immune system too, is a network of cells and antibodies, an 'immune network', that also possesses memory, and the ability to learn from experience, as a network. In short, both are cybernetic networks with memory. This network aspect of the immune system has now been validated by several thousand studies, and is leading to multiple ground-breaking health technologies, including novel therapies for autoimmunity, inflammation, and now, potentially even cancer. It's a new paradigm: a shift from the detailed, symptomatic, daily-pill approach, to the bigger picture, and a systems approach to maintaining health, and is leading to the preventive medicine of the future.

Please, join me, as we help to develop the world's understanding of our own immune systems, for our own benefit, and for the benefit of so many others, for generations, and to solve the fundamental ailments of inflammation, autoimmunity and cancer.

Dear All,
The interview on JoyTV is now up. The most important aspect of the recent experimental results obtained from the University of Toronto, is that we fundamentally altered the immune systems of the mice, and they remained healthy and well. We therefore expect to able to fundamentally alter people's immune systems in the same way, so that they don't develop certain degenerative diseases, probably including autoimmunity and cancer. Please spread the word, as we are developing a community that is behind the development of the technology.
