Thank you for the fire departments that contained the fire and my heart goes out to the people affected by it. Thankfully, our building was not harmed but electricity has not need restored yet. Because there is no power to the dryers, clippers hot water etc. we can not open August the 8th and hope to be back on the 9th as long as we have power. Thank you for your patience

-able to handle all types of dog (ex: puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs and timid dogs)

COVID 19 notice/ update

We are taking the threat of CONVID 19 seriously

During this time, we will continue our service, however, we have our new policies when you arriving for your appointment and when picking up dogs or pet supplies

* Our front door is locked, please wave at us or call 604-261-5310 to notify us. We will meet you at the front door or curbside to pick up the dogs
* We will switch leashes with you and please remove pet’s accessories before appointment (sweater, blanket, carrier and bedding)
* To follow social distancing, instructions and payment will be taken over the phone. Please note we only accept credit cards over the phone (visa and MasterCard only)
* Do not schedule if you have been outside of Canada past 14 days and/or feeling ill

Cancelled service as following,
* walk in
* Walk in nail trim with owner around( dogs and cats)
* Cats grooming

During this challenging time, we are trying our best to serve you and your furry friend. Please be respectful to our new policies

COVID 19 notice

We are taking the threat of CONVID 19 seriously

Like many others we are monitoring the CONVID 19 very closely and the health and safety of our clients and staffs remain our top priority. In addition to our regular disinfecting practice we will increase the steps we take to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

As had been our practice we will continue to disinfect our equipment between each client, additionally we will also extend that disinfectant to surfaces our clients come in contact with between each client.

For your safety and ours, we will be asking each client to confirm that no travel outside of Canada has taken place in the past 14 days and that they are not feeling ill.

There are challenging times and We will continue to monitor and update as the situation progresses.

RIGHT NOW, our doors remain OPEN!!
