"***** Top notch service...love the collars - I ordered 2 rolled leather collars online but had the sizes wrong. I emailed regarding an exchange and they had the larger size waiting for me (at no extra charge) when I made it to Vancouver a few weeks later. Our German Shepherd and Border Collie are both prone to matting under their old collars but after a few weeks of the rolled leather I don& #39;t see any signs; neither are they hot and itchy underneath. The dogs (and cat) also enjoyed the free dried sardine samples that were included in the order."

"***** Happy we tried these! - My senior dog started scratching a small nick after a grooming session. She would not leave it. I bought the cover-up t-shirt, she licked through it. She licked and scratched her belly raw. I made her a coat to cover the area, every time it came off up came the paw to scratch. It became a habit I didn’t think we could break. We added “yikes” to her daily diet and I am happy to report her belly is healing well and she is having many “coat free” days.
