Hi friends! I wanted to share a truly cool project some clients of mine are working on. If you haven't heard of Huskies in the Hatch, do yourself a favour and watch their trailer. Sonia and Dustin and their three huskies are so amazing, and it doesn't hurt that she is a brilliant writer and storyteller too. "Our story is not a fairytale...." LOVE IT. Hi friends - I hope everyone has had an awesome Christmas. It's been a little quiet on the page here, as my sweet Gracie, who I talk a lot about here and on my website, is in the final stages of nose cancer. Gracie is just four, and we never expected something like this - but, I guess you never do, right? It has really brought home to me once more how important photos of our furry friends are. I'm grateful to have some beautiful photos of Gracie, and grateful she stuck around for one more Christmas (and a full plate of Christmas dinner, obviously). For now, we're enjoying the days we can with her, and grateful we get to say goodbye. Wishing you all happiness, joy and love. And if you're on the fence about doing a photoshoot with me in 2019 - aw, just book it already, wouldja? :)

I've recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and am delighted to offer shoots here now. I do go to Vancouver for shoots sometimes (Like this weekend, when I'm doing a charity shoot with The Pet Shop Boys Doggie Boutique and Spa Vancouver to benefit SAINTS rescue.)

There will be four professional photographers onsite to capture all the action as corgis race for a chance to win a prize pack from Earth Paws Pet Products worth over $100. Organizers are asking owners to leave treats and toys at home because they can trigger "disagreements" in a large group of dogs...

As many of you know I am in Thailand until Feb, doing some really fun relaxing and recharging + some volunteering. Soon I will head to Phuket to spend three days helping out at Soi Dog, a wonderful shelter that has gotten worldwide attention. And it looks like I will be bringing home a cutie pie from Soi Dog to her new family in Vancouver on my return flight home. A long flight to be sure.. but hopefully a wonderful new life waiting for her once she makes it through. (PS - Feel like adopting a dog from Thailand?
