The FOURTH foal of the year was out of Deb’s granddaughter Rachel’s pony, Ally! This beautiful buckskin filly is Ally’s first baby and she did an amazing job cooking her to perfection. Ally decided to have her foal on June 2, just a few hours after Dana left town, so Deb got to be Grandma and Horsey-Midwife all at the same time!

4 foals for Buckley: 4 fillies, with 3 being dilutes! What an incredible year!

The THIRD foal of the year was from the beautiful Halo(Regardez/Cheops Z) on May 25! Consistently producing quality and the absolute BEST disposition, Halo has really outdone herself with this last filly.

This beautiful Palomino “Barbie Horse” will be retained by Deb. This incredible filly is a long term dream in the making, with a personality that cannot be matched. She is the first to the gate and loves everyone. Watch for PLENTY of updates as Deb raises her dream horse.

As foaling season comes to a close, we are thrilled to have a batch of healthy fillies to spend our summer with!
Watch this page over the coming weeks for foal photos and info on a few babies for sale. This year’s foal crop has been absolutely exceptional, and some will be retained.

For now, we are just enjoying time with these babies, as well as the occasional trail ride on 4/5 of their sire, Buckley, when time and the weather permit!

With our ‘guess the foal’ contest, we only have had ONE winner! Sanna McFarlane correctly guessed Sterling’s foals DOB, gender and color, AS WELL as was the closest guess to Ally’s foals DOB, and was correct on gender and color. Congratulations!

Can you believe we have a son of this lovely stallion? He is growing up into a lovely young gelding! His stunning confirmation and exceptional personality catches eyes, and we can’t wait to see him make his mark in the jumper ring!

⭐ Grand Slam continues to prove his value both in sport and breeding! ⭐

This weekend, Grand Slam and Jur Vrieling delivered another top result, finishing 4th in the 1.45m class during the Longines Global Champions Tour in St. Tropez.

Not only is Grand Slam performing at the highest level himself, his offspring are also making their mark in international sport:

🏆 Gangster WW, ridden by Luke Dee, won the Grand Prix of Kessel last weekend.

🥉 This weekend, his daughter Lorona secured an excellent 3rd place in the Grand Prix of Williamsburg.

With offspring consistently achieving top results around the world, it is no surprise that Grand Slam is climbing up in the sire rankings.

The second foal has been born! Born early Wednesday the 13th, Bella (Gervantus daughter) had her Buckley foal! We are very excited to watch this beautiful Bay Filly grow up!
Bella is an exceptional mama to this little girl, who is already unfolding very nicely and loves having the zoomies!

Sadly no winners on this birthdate/color/gender combo!
There’s still time to get more guesses in for our remaining foals on our previous post.

So thankful this morning to have welcomed this stunning filly at 1:30 this morning! God was watching over this little one as I startled awake an hour before my alarm was set for. I scurried out of the house and over to her pen. I heard some kind of guttural sound and then a soft nicker… jumped over the fence and found her in the dark … the sack hadn’t broken and was over the filly’s head…. Terrifying moment ripping it off to see her rapid breathing. She came around quickly … she is a big girl … will need sometime to straighten her legs out but she is alive and well! Sucking and pooping this morning! So thankful to serve a God who cares about all of us and our animals!

When you set up some poles and a tiny jump in a chute to get your 2 year old future hunter/eq horse used to things, and he’s so enthralled with it that he jumps the x backwards INTO the chute.
I think he’s going to like his future career! 😍🤩
