🐾Received an email saying your pet is "due" for services? Don't panic! 🐾

We've had a few questions about the automated wellness reminder emails that have recently been sent out, and we wanted to provide some clarification.

These emails are generated by our automated system and are based on general wellness recommendations for your pet's age. They do not necessarily mean your pet is overdue or that they require these services.

If your pet has recently been in for their annual wellness exam, vaccines, or another visit, they may already be completely up to date!

If you're ever unsure whether your pet is actually due for anything, please don't hesitate to give us a call or send us a message. We're always happy to review your pet's record with you.
