Teenage me would be so jazzed right now. Probably super embarrassed that I use the word jazzed as well, and probably think that I’m totally cringe because I talk to animals like their babies. 🫣

Just a quick reminder to my mother, it was never a phase! 😂

We will be available and replying to emails/Facebook messages/Instagram messages/text messages up until about 2 PM.

we are going to be reaching out to some clients today regarding appointments that needed to be rebooked before we takeoff to Toronto, and thank you again for bearing with us as we are absolutely swamped this week due to extra houses due to the Air Canada strike. ✈️

What a week!

✨ just a reminder we will be unavailable tomorrow after 2 PM as we are going out of town!

Pet sittings that are scheduled during this timeframe will still happen as planned, just our response time is going to be very low volume as the Pawsite Manager and I are attending an event in Toronto. (This is why we’re introducing an app! More info on that below. ⬇️)

We’ve been working on introducing houses to alternate nannies, working on our app, as well as working on some things with the radio station! 📻

Thank you again for everyone with their flexibility and patience as we still do have some clients who are out of country which has resulted in extended pets, which has created a very busy schedule for us this week ✈️

Over the last two weeks we’ve had four separate homes reach out to us, for varying reasons their arrival time to home has been delayed 🤯

So we’re all wondering - what happens to the pets? 🐶🐱🐰🐹

✨Last summer, one of my very first pet sittings there was an airline strike, and I had a very stressed out fur-mom on the phone as we were watching her dogs.

When I was chatting with her I realized it really shouldn’t even have to be a question - if you’re delayed, as far as I’m concerned your pet is our responsibility until you get home safe and sound. 🏠

With the crazy things that can happen with traveling my last concern I’d ever want you to have is your pets - so we have a “No Pet Left Behind” Policy 💪

I’m writing to remind you dog mom will be in 30 minutes for the nail clinic. HOWEVER, She has been kind of a space case lately with summer being crazy, I’m sure as a big pet store business man you can appreciate this.

But please reminder her to pick up my dog food, I don’t want to starve. I’m too thin as is.
