These lovely two are soon to be paired. It’s a nice breeding. Parents are health tested. Pups come with health guarantees. Pups will be raised in Colorado. Offers some genetic diversity for those who want more than a companion dog. Gemma – UKC CH Aarre’s Majestic Mountain Gem, AKC CM, RN, FastCat, and FITB; and Tiikeri – UKC CH Pihapehtoorin Aarren Jackpot, FitB. Gemma is a Finnish/NA blend (Kajsa=my line + Kettu=NA line), Tiikeri is all Finnish (imported). Pups going to Canada can travel without restrictions. Pondi up skiing with my daughter. She definitely needed the one on one time and to feel special. Fraser has been a focus of all our attentions and I’m sure Pondi has been feeling a bit left out.

Some one on one time yesterday with Pondi. It was an enjoyable time out. She doesn't have a lot of bark but when she finds a bird, she is true and stays until I get there. She doesn't range out as much as her mother but finds just as many birds. The older I get, the creakier my hips are, and the sorer my knees get, the more I appreciate this closer working little dog. It takes a lot of effort to walk in 300m in our bush. It's an absolute treat when she is barking 60m away. Love her.

Grouse hunting in Canada. My daughter and her boyfriend came out with me today and she put together this short clip. Not our usual area as we were about 5500 ft. Alpine terrain vs Ponderosa pine. Three grouse day. It was successful and the first time Sean had been out grouse hunting with dogs.

Savo’s Fraser Range Runner, at five months today, flushed, treed, and held his bark until I reached him, his very own grouse! So extremely proud of this little man. Certified Grouse dog!

A MacKenzie update! She's doing great! She's work support dog. Her main task is to keep her Dad working so he can afford the lifestyle she is used to living. She's seems to have it dialed because she actually gets to sleep on the job and has more toys then she knows what to do with.

A Fraser update! He’s growing. We are working on leash walking and basics for Rally. He’s graduated to off leash walks and riding in the back of the truck with the big dogs. He’s even found his very own squirrel and barked at it. Mostly, he’s just a fun puppy to have around. So enjoying him.
