Rest easy Dozer, pre deceased by Knox and Lexi and big little brother of Rio. Dozer grabbed his mom’s heart and held on with all his paws for 16 years! He was a special little guy with a huge heart! He loved his family dearly, camping and riding in the RZR! He will be deeply missed by all who met him! Rio will have some big paw prints to fill. I’m sure Knox and Lexi were waiting for Dozer at the rainbow bridge to show him around! May there be endless trails to explore, camping and the most tasty campfires food you could ever eat! May you have boundless energy and sunshine through the trees to keep you warm! 🐾❤️🌈

Today was an exceptionally emotional day as we had to say goodbye to our big sexy Rexy. We will miss him dearly but it was time as he had arthritis and congestive heart failure. I knew when we went for our walk down the trail and he wasn’t leading, just slowly walking . He did get to say goodbye to our neighbours dog Scout so I was happy about that. Seth was able to come up and we had Peaceful Veterinary Home Visits come out to the acreage. We set up in the back yard beside the river for him to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you to Doctor Amanda for giving our boy the best and most respectful final moments. Rex was always the first one to greet any dogs that came over and welcomed them with open paws. It was as if hey buddy, glad you could make it! Let me show you around and all the good places! He had such a huge heart and was a great mentor. Koda is definitely going to miss you big guy! Drake, well he spotted a squirrel and decided to go for a swim in the river, after all you taught him to swim! Rest easy Rex, we love you and know Astro and Gromit will be waiting for you to show you all the good spots to swim, play ball, chase squirrels and just watch nature. 🐾❤️🌈
