Eastbound & westbound Montreal Road reduced to one lane

Ramp closures:
• Eastbound Hwy 174 off-ramp to Montreal Rd
• Eastbound Montreal Rd on-ramp to westbound Hwy 174
• Westbound St. Joseph/Montreal Rd on-ramp to westbound Hwy 174
• Left turn lane on westbound Hwy 174 off-ramp to Montreal Rd
