Unfortunately I have been very sick for a few weeks, but you can still stop by and see mom and Hanna at the Belleville Masonic Temple today from 10-4!

With Christmas season coming up and a few shows in November and December, I want to remind people to get their ornaments orders in early! 😉

I do all kinds of custom log rounds ornaments, any design you want (within reason). As well as custom wooden garlands and custom gift tags!

Last year’s big custom hit was the couple’s initials with the birds in the tree!

Ornaments are 10$ each or 2 for 16$
Garlands are 20$ each
Gift Tags are 2$ each

Who I Am

My name is Jenna Chesher and I created Chesher Cat Creations in July of 2023 to begin my exploration into pyrography. I wanted to build a following to show people my work and what I was capable of. At first, it began as a fun little hobby, but I soon progressed to better machines, taking custom orders and participating in craft shows.

What I Do

Everything I do is done completely by hand. From the stencils, to the burns themselves, to the painting and finishing. Pyrography is the freehand art of marking materials with burns, and is translated as “writing with fire”. It’s a very time consuming and delicate process, but it leads to unique results each time. No two pieces are ever the exact same as hard as I may try.

What I Offer

Anything in my Products album are things I do regularly and can be ordered or done custom at any point. Keychains, magnet sets, coasters, bookmarks and various sized wood pieces are materials I have constantly. And ornaments are always available come holiday season. But I also offer larger pieces that can be ordered custom. Signs and large pieces are also things I offer, though the larger the piece, the longer it takes.

After almost a year of my page existing, I just wanted to provide a small update and overview of what it is I do. I thank each follower and supporter from the bottom of my heart for helping me progress so far along my journey. ☺️
