My dear customers, I have a good news to share.
I founded a room to provide my service at Pet Valu 1000 islington unit 3 .Through summer months I will be working part time, so dates and time will be limited. As new place have a very limited space I will encourage you to pick up the dog right after the appointment as there is no room to keep the dog waiting. My rent there is pushing me to slightly increase the prices for my service to keep my business running. It will not be much higher. Cancellation of appointment within 24 hours will be a subject to cancellation fee because my rent is paid daily and I will be at loss if appointment is cancelled and I am not able to rebook.

April 30 came up quickly and with very little notice . I’m trying to see this in a positive light. I’m trying to have faith in all of it. Which isn’t always so easy.
June 1 ,2017 was the day my dream came true I became a business owner . At that time I was also a fresh mom . I wasn’t sure of what I was getting myself in too . I opened my doors by welcoming everyone in , big or small we groomed them all. I started building my own clientele. It was hard at first but nothing comes easy. Every week I would get more and more new clients knocking at my door I started to receive more and more phone calls. My clients became like my friends very supportive and proud of my achievements. To build a good business it’s not about good advertising it’s about spreading the words and I couldn’t do it without you all.
Then came Covid we had to close for some time I came back pregnant with my second daughter everyone was supper supportive I worked almost to my last day before my due date . After giving birth to my daughter I was back working part time only 2 weeks after. This business was my baby it was everything to me .
Now unexpectedly I need to close my doors and for unknown amount of time. It tears me apart. I donno what to say to anyone that ask what next? Where will you be ? At this time I really don’t know . I wish you all to find a great local groomers where at meantime you can pamper your furry friends. I encourage you to support local small businesses. I really hope to see you all once my doors will be once again open. Many of you became like my family. I personally will be missing the laughs and the talks. It’s not a goodbye it’s until we meet again.

My dear customers…. I strongly believe that when one door closes another one opens. I regret to inform you that today I received a devastating news that after 7 years of running my business at the Kingsway animal hospital I need to close my door on April 30 for uncertain amount of time . Current renovation and rebuilding of the hospital may take up to 14 months.
I’m heartbroken and speechless at this time. I hope that a new opportunity for me will come soon but I have nothing to tell you now. I need to take some time off to process everything and will begin looking for a new place. I promise to keep you all informed and updated.

My dear customers, as you all know the Kingsway Animal Hospital is currently undergoing major renovations. I just received information that it will influence my business as well. I will be at my current location until March 28. All appointments after March 28 will be on hold until further notice, as I am not sure where I will run my business after that day. I will keep you all updated once I will find out solution to this problem. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.
