A month later, but here it comes- our post from the 🐾 Better late than never right?

This was our first time attending a trade show specifically for businesses, and it was a whole different vibe from consumer expos (esp considering we are a small business and haven’t been exposed to these types of events). There was food, drinks, workshops, a party, and tons of free products to try out. We ran into old friends from the pet industry, and made new connections too.

It was also our first official work trip- and it felt like this perfect blend of business and pleasure. We stayed in an Airbnb for two nights, and in the evenings after the expo wrapped up, we got a chance to do some classic Niagara touristy things- rode the Niagara Skywheel 🎡, screamed our way through a haunted house 👻, and just wandered around the main strip.

All in all, it was a fun mix of work and play, and something about being in that space left us feeling recharged and quietly dreaming about the day we might be back…as exhibitors.

🤔 have you ever wondered what ‘Cyclic Journeys’ means and how we came up with the name? Despite our focus on pets, our name doesn’t have common pet-related terms.

So, we wanted to take you through the process of how we landed on ‘Cyclic Journeys.’ We wanted our name to reflect our WHY—why we exist, why we do what we do, what drives our decisions, and the impact we want to have ♻️🌎

It starts by understanding the connection between how we care for our pets— the products, services, and practices we use— and their impact on our environment.

With that awareness, we make informed choices that prioritize our mother, our home, our earth 🌎

Anticipation fills the air as we prepare for our first in-person event of the year—an event dedicated solely to increasing the visibility and preservation of our feline friends! 😻

🌎 This is a worldwide gathering, and is hosting their event in Canada for the first time. We deeply appreciate their reach-out back in January, inviting us to participate in their Shopping Village 🛍️

We always feel a hint of nervousness before a big event like this, but then the energy of the room takes over, and we end up enjoying every minute of it. If you happen to be there this weekend, please come by our booth and say hello 👋
