Happy Tails Peanut! 🐾
Peanut arrived from Northern Quebec at the end of April and was an amazingly bouncy friendly girl from the get go! She greeted everyone with enthusiasm and was great with both her foster sibling Maverick, as well as all the dog that visited the barn where her foster mom works. It didn't take long for the apps to fly in but one family stood out.
Previous adopters, of a northern pup from several years ago, were on the lookout for a smaller buddy for Rosie. With an active family who engage in plenty of sports, camp and hike, Peanut fit the bill.
When the whole family drove two hours for the meet and greet, it was apparent to all that this was the perfect fit!
Please welcome Jocelyn and Bryce, their two children and along with Rosie and Peanut to our Happy Tails family. We can't wait for updates as they start their summer adventures.
Many thanks to all who made Peanuts journey possible: Northern Dogs Project, Critter Cabs and amazing foster mom Shelley, who, along with Maverick, offer the dream foster home with plenty of socialization, car rides and days spent with many of the barn family a day of cuddles and treats.
