And the winner our our costume contest is... a tie!

We had so many great submissions that it was difficult to make a decision. We loved seeing all of your pets dressed up!

Our winners are F***y (a corn cob- who recently needed surgery to remove a corn cob that she had eaten) and Luna (a martini glass with olives)!

We hope that you have a happy and safe Halloween! 🎃

It's almost Halloween! Please remember chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats, so make sure it is kept out of reach. We at Belsize Veterinary Clinic hope that you have a fun, safe, and spooktacular Halloween! 🎃

Stay tuned for the winner of our costume contest tomorrow!

Spotlight on Maria!

Maria is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who has a lot of experience working in emergency and primary care practices. She loves getting to learn little quirks about her patients and getting to know their families!

Maria is with us part time and brings an upbeat attitude to the team!

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and their four cats. When life needs a little extra excitement, she also opens her home to foster litters of kittens, helping them grow and prepare for their forever families.

Spotlight on our wonderful RVT Jessica!

Jessica brings almost 20 years of experience to Belsize Veterinary Clinic, including experience working in emergency and specialty medicine.

She is an invaluable part of our team, and you'll see her here most days.

Jessica likes to spend her free time gardening, watching movies, reading National Geographic, and creating crafts. Her two cats (Unstable Mabel and Bruce) love to keep her company.

Today marks the start of Veterinary Technician Week, where we celebrate our skilled RVTs (Registered Veterinary Technicians).

Every day they show up for you and your pets, giving them love, and supporting our vets to help provide the best medical care. We would be lost without them!

Today is National Pet Obesity Awareness Day.

Is your pet at an ideal, healthy weight? Being overweight can increase your pet's risk for arthritis pain, diabetes (in cats), and other diseases.

Not sure if your pet is overweight or looking to help develop a weight loss plan for your pet? Our team at Belsize Veterinary Clinic is happy to help.
